Happy Valentine’s Day Week! Happy Lunar New Year! Happy happy week…
Today I’m giving away something I’ve loved for a long, long time: a mushroom kit from Back to the Roots. That’s right, my fwiendz, today I’m giving you mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms, actually.
This kit is kind of amazing. All you do is water the goods (inside the box) and in about 10 days you have 1 1/2 pounds of fresh, beautiful oyster mushrooms. SO COOL!
If I had 1 1/2 pounds of oysters, I’d make this pasta dish with brown butter and fried sage, or this white mushroom lasagna…or maybe this mushroom risotto.
To enter, simply leave a comment below answering the following question:
1. What’s your favorite 90′s movie? Here are a few of my favorites: Walking and Talking, Reality Bites, Before Sunrise/Before Sunset, Dazed and Confused, Beauty and the Beast…you get the idea! Annnnd go…
Giveaway ends Tuesday (2/13) at midnight. I’ll choose a winner and post the person’s name, along with their favorite 90′s movie. Good luck!
xo
Adrianna
{Fine print: Back to the Roots provided one mushroom kit for me to give away to one of you lovely people. No compensation was exchanged. That’s all!}

I’m so sorry for your loss. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful story with me, with us. Much love to you!

I will say Beauty and the Beast.
It’s a tie between “The Mighty Ducks” and “The Sandlot,” despite my zero interest in boys or sports at that age. Both are solid movies about friendship, overcoming obstacles and all around winning at childhood.
Pretty Woman is a classic, I can watch it over and over.
Clueless! Because it does not say RSVP on the Statue of Liberty.
Terrence Malick’s Thin Red Line!
Everything about the way it’s filmed, the soundtrack and the characters is amazing and definitely makes the length worth it.
Also, mushrooms are good. I’ve only recently rediscovered them and they’re now part of the foods I can’t believe I spent my entire life without. Getting to cooking definitely makes you realise how good certain things can be…
Gosh, what a difficult question.. American Beauty, and Fight Club!

But my favorite was definitely Romeo & Juliet with C.Danes & L.DiCaprio. Everything about it was amazing! Watched it at least 100 times…
Clueless! It will always be Clueless. Don’t get me wrong I love all of the movies you listed but Clueless just makes me want to put on some jammies, grab that dinner for one pasta, and hang out on my couch.
I’m going to have to say it’s 3 Ninjas – Kick Back, when they go to Japan lol
