		<description>This sounds wonderful! You could try using the tines of a fork to make the edges pretty. That&#039;s what my mom always did, but it does still look a little &quot;rustic&quot; when you do it that way.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve never used cream cheese in a pie crust before! It sounds like a good idea, maybe a bit sticky.  I bet it really adds a new depth of flavor to the crust, which is definitely one of the best parts of a pie.  I&#039;ll definitely have to try this!</description>

I always use a water glass if I am pressing pastries into pie moulds..I find it helps make them nice &amp; even, not much help with the crimping though. As you say though, perfectly crimped pastry doesn&#039;t taste any better.</description>
