Made these last night as a thank-you for co-workers who threw us a Pooh themed baby shower (googled "honey cookies")...but had to sample first, of course! They're SO good! The flavor is really lovely and I'm not even that crazy about honey - or cinnamon, actually. Thanks for sharing this!

While traveling I found a small market and was drawn to the honey. It sat on my counter for a couple of weeks until now. Perfect recipe because it really features the honey. I added a lemon glaze just to bring a little punch. Thanks!

I have been making these cookies for years and I have found that sometimes you need to add more flour after you have mixed all the ingredients together. Add it in slowly as you stir until you get a thicker consistency to the dough. - it should look like the picture of the dough above. That might help, and make it possible for you to keep using real honey.

Thank you so much for having this recipe on here! I loved my alpha bakery cook book, but I had to leave it behind when a bad living situation caused me to have to get out quick. These cookies are a Christmas favorite of my families, and the only blue ribbon winner I have had at the local fair - I was 7! Im so thankful that you have this recipe up so I can continue making these cookies for my family.

The heart of your writing whilst sounding reasonable at first, did not really sit perfectly with me personally after some time. Someplace within the paragraphs you managed to make me a believer unfortunately just for a while. I however have a problem with your jumps in assumptions and you might do nicely to help fill in those breaks. In the event you can accomplish that, I would certainly end up being fascinated.
