OMG I have had this milkshake at The Stand several times and it is soooo yummy! I love it. We have taken the subway to that area just to get this milkshake! Just had one this past Saturday. Sooo good!

Thanks for posting this recipe. I don’t even like marshmallows, and I haven’t lived in the US for over a year, but I still reminisce about this shake from time to time. I do know that a guy at Stand told me that they use gelato from ‘il labarotorio (sp?) de gelato.’ I assume that if you use gelato rather than ice cream in your recipe that it might taste even more like the original.
