I wonder if buying a block of white chocolate and breaking it into sufficiently small pieces would work...
I may have to try it when it gets a bit colder.

I can't believe that, ginger aficionado that I am, I never considering this flavor combination. Sounds superb...Just enjoyed a (spiked) white hot chocolate last night. Hey, even in the south of France it can get COLD--just didn't think I'd get inspiration from a sunny LA-dweller. Thanks for the idea!

I'm drinking hot cocoa rite now. It's either an Italian or French cocoa. Tastes pretty good. Now, I'm gonna go down to a local bakery and buy a couple of, maybe, honey bee or chocolate chip cookies to enjoy with it.

What a fantastic combination. I wish my winter were more like yours, but I'm in one of the regions that's been getting snow. Even more reason to make this hot drink!
